Coaching Style
I'm not going to hand you a five-step system and a color-coded plan. (There will be structure — I've spent twenty years studying how people move through transitions, and structure matters. But it won't look like a productivity hack.)
What I actually do is help you hold two things at once: the drive that got you here — and the person doing the driving.
You're a lawyer, an engineer, a doctor, a professor. You've learned to optimize, perform, and carry a lot without complaining. You're really good at making yourself fit. And somewhere along the way, that started costing you more than you expected.
You've probably tried the "reach bigger" version of fixing this. And you've probably tried the "slow down and reset" version too. Neither one stuck — because the problem isn't your ambition or your pace. It's that no one ever taught you how to stay with yourself while you reach.
That's what we work on together.
My coaching style is warm, direct, and grounded in something most coaching skips entirely: the actual anthropology of how people change. We'll get specific about what you want, where you're over-functioning, and what's quietly getting in your way. We'll build structure that holds you — not one that manages you into smallness.
You'll leave with clarity, a plan, and the tools to keep going without disappearing in the process.
If that sounds like the work you've been looking for, I'd love to talk

Do BIG things without losing yourself.
Hear it from me directly.
I've been the high-achiever running on fumes, convinced that pulling back was the only alternative to burning out. I've done the loop — reach too far, lose yourself, pull back, lose momentum, repeat.
I found a way out of it. And in this interview, I talk about what that actually looked like — not the polished version, the real one.
Watch below.
I understand.
I know what it feels like to be deeply capable and quietly disappearing at the same time.
I'm a professor, which means I live and work inside the kind of environment that rewards output, expertise, and relentless availability — and asks you to smile while you do it. I've felt the pull of wanting more impact at work and more presence at home, and I've done the loop of reaching too far and burning out, then pulling back and losing momentum.
I found a different way. And now I help other women in high-stakes fields do the same.
I'm a certified Elite Life Coach and a certified women-centered coach, with twenty years of experience studying how people move through change. That's the foundation everything I do is built on — not trends, not generic productivity frameworks, but a real understanding of how driven women actually work, struggle, and grow.
I'm on a mission to help women do big things without losing themselves.
